By accessing and using the CodeNXT Lab website and its interactive components (including the finite-state simulation tools), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the website immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The CodeNXT Lab website is a proprietary engineering asset. All visual interfaces, "Graphify" system designs, signature SVGs, interactive state matrices, component architectures, and written copy are the exclusive intellectual property of CodeNXT Lab.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or reusing our UI kits, design systems, or website source code for your own commercial or portfolio purposes without explicit written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site and its interactive simulators as intended. You may not attempt to inject malicious code, overload our hosting infrastructure, or bypass any security constraints built into the site.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from the use of this website or the resulting business engagements, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree that any legal action or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Mumbai/Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra, India.
