One we built.
Our own product, built the same way.
BarberBase
BarberBase is our own app for barbershops. It runs on a tablet at the counter as an installed web app, and sends customers WhatsApp alerts when their turn is close. We can show it working on the call.

What decides the cost.
Why there is no price list.
Every business needs something slightly different, so we price the work after the call. These are the things that move it.
- How many screens the app has, and how many kinds of people use it: customers, staff, the owner.
- What it connects to, such as payments, WhatsApp messages or a website you already have.
- Whether it has to keep working without internet, the way a shop counter does.
- Who looks after it once the first 30 days are over.
Estimated time
4–6 weeks. It’s an estimate, and we confirm it on the call.

30 minutes on Google Meet.
- A free Google Meet call, up to 30 minutes.
- You leave it with a scope, a cost range and a timeline.
- Rishabh, the founder, replies on WhatsApp within 24 hours with a time and a Meet link.
- Talk to us in Hindi or English.
- Work starts once you pay a 50% advance.
- You own your domain, your brand, your hosting accounts and your data. The code is licensed from CodeNXT Lab. If you want to buy the code outright, say so at the start, because it changes the quote.

What we don’t do.
Said now, so the quote has no surprises.
- We don’t write two separate apps for iPhone and Android. One codebase covers both, and if your app truly needs two, we’ll tell you and pass on the work.
- We don’t build an app for something that should be a website. If a website does the job, we’ll say so on the call.
- We don’t quote a price before the call. The cost depends on what the app has to do, so we work it out with you.

What owners ask before they message.

How much does an app cost?
It depends on the number of screens, what the app connects to and who looks after it afterwards. We don’t publish a price list. On the free call we work out what you need, and you get a cost range before anything starts.

How long does it take?
Our estimate for most apps is 4–6 weeks. We confirm the timeline on the call, once we know what the app has to do.

Can I change things in the app myself?
Yes, the everyday bits. You get an admin page where you update names, timings, staff and service details without calling us. A bigger change, like a new screen, is a new piece of work.

Who owns the app?
You own your domain, your brand, your hosting accounts and your data. The code is licensed from CodeNXT Lab. If you want to buy the code outright, say so at the start, because it changes the quote.

What happens after launch?
We fix anything that breaks for 30 days after launch, free. After that, support is agreed per project. We talk about it on the call, so you know before you start.

Do I need both iPhone and Android?
Usually yes, and it doesn’t mean paying for two builds. We write one codebase that runs on both. If nearly all your customers use Android, we can publish on the Play Store first and add the App Store later.
