Why there is no price list.
Every business needs something slightly different, so we price the work after the call. These are the things that move it.
- How many rooms and room types the system has to track.
- Whether rates change by season, weekend or length of stay.
- Whether guests pay an advance online, and through which account.
- Who looks after it once the first 30 days are over.

What we don’t do.
Said now, so the quote has no surprises.
- We don’t list your property on a booking marketplace. The system is for your own site and your own guests.
- We don’t run a channel manager that syncs with other booking sites, unless we agree it as separate work.
- We don’t quote a price before the call. The cost depends on your rooms and rates, so we work it out with you.

What owners ask before they message.

How does it stop double bookings?
Each room can be booked once for a given night. When a guest takes it, the dates disappear for everyone else. If you take a booking by phone, you enter it in the same calendar.

Does it work for a homestay with two or three rooms?
Yes. A small property has fewer rooms to track, and the build is simpler for it. We still confirm the estimate on the call.

How long does it take?
Our estimate is 4–8 weeks. We confirm the timeline on the call, once we know your rooms, rates and how guests pay.

Who owns the system?
You own your domain, your brand, your hosting accounts and your data. The code is licensed from CodeNXT Lab. If you want to buy the code outright, say so at the start, because it changes the quote.

What happens after launch?
We fix anything that breaks for 30 days after launch, free. After that, support is agreed per project. We talk about it on the call, so you know before you start.
