BarberBase
This is built to order, and we don’t have a finished restaurant product to show you. BarberBase is our own system for barbershops, and it shows how we build and run a system like this.

Why there is no price list.
Every business needs something slightly different, so we price the work after the call. These are the things that move it.
- How many outlets and menu items the app has to handle.
- Whether you deliver with your own riders, take pickup orders, or both.
- Which payment account you use, Razorpay or Cashfree.
- Who looks after it once the first 30 days are over.

- You leave it with a scope, a cost range and a timeline.

- Work starts once you pay a 50% advance.
- You own your domain, your brand, your hosting accounts and your data. The code is licensed from CodeNXT Lab. If you want to buy the code outright, say so at the start, because it changes the quote.

What we don’t do.
Said now, so the quote has no surprises.
- We don’t run a marketplace where customers compare restaurants. The app is yours, for your own customers.
- We don’t supply riders. The app tracks the riders you already have.
- We don’t take a cut of your orders. We charge for the build and for small services, which we talk through on the call.
- We don’t quote a price before the call. The cost depends on your outlets and your delivery, so we work it out with you.

Is this a finished product I can try today?
No. Restrobase, our restaurant ordering system, is built to order for each restaurant. We have no demo to show. On the call we describe what it does for your kitchen and you decide if it fits.

What is the difference from Zomato and Swiggy?
They charge a commission on every order and own the customer. With your own app, orders and customer details are yours, and payments go to your own Razorpay or Cashfree account. You pay only the gateway’s fee, about 2%.

We charge for the build and for small services, and we don’t publish a price list. On the free call we work out what you need, and you get a cost range before anything starts.
