- How much of your existing records need reconciling.
- Who looks after it once the first 30 days are over.

What we don’t do.
Said now, so the quote has no surprises.
- We don’t give legal, tax or regulatory advice. We build to what your CA and your counsel sign off on.
- We don’t hold customer funds in a structure that needs a licence we don’t have.
- We don’t build custom card processing. That belongs with a regulated aggregator, and we integrate one.
- We don’t quote a price before the call. The cost depends on how your money moves, so we work it out with you.

How much does a payments and compliance project cost?
It depends on how many parties the money passes through, the invoices you issue and the gateway you use. We don’t publish a price list. On the free call we work out what you need, and you get a cost range before anything starts.

It depends on the project, so we give you a timeline on the call, once we know how your money moves.

Can I change invoice details myself?
Yes, the everyday bits, like your business details and the wording on an invoice. A new tax rule or a new type of invoice is a new piece of work.

What happens after launch?
We fix anything that breaks for 30 days after launch, free. After that, support is agreed per project. Tax and payment rules change, so we talk about who tracks them on the call.

Do you handle my GST filing or give tax advice?
No. We build the system that produces correct invoices and clean records. Your CA decides what to file and how, and we build to what they sign off on.
